• Users must be 18+ or have parental consent to place orders.
• All prices are in INR and subject to change without notice.
• Product images are for representation; slight variations in color, size, or texture are not considered defects.
• Sale and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Jewelry is hypoallergenic and safe; however, if irritation occurs, discontinue use and contact us with details.
• All website content, product designs, and images are intellectual property of Smorsh and cannot be used without permission.
• We are not responsible for delays due to factors outside our control (natural disasters, strikes, restrictions).
• We use secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways and do not store your card details.
• Prices, offers, and descriptions may contain typographical errors. Smorsh reserves the right to cancel or amend orders affected by such errors.
• Smorsh reserves the right to amend these policies at any time. The latest version published on our website will always apply.
• Disputes are governed by Indian law and subject to Pune, Maharashtra jurisdiction.
Warranty & Jewelry Care
Warranty Coverage
• 3-month plating warranty from the date of purchase for discoloration under normal wear.
• Approved warranty claims are compensated only via Smorsh store credit or coupon code equal to the product value.
• Issued credit or coupons are valid for 60 days from the date of issuance.
• Shipping charges within India are waived for approved warranty claims.
Warranty Exclusions
• Scratches or breakage from rough handling
• Loss or damage of stones, chains, or clasps due to impact
• Discoloration caused by perfumes, lotions, shampoos, soaps, sweat, hard water, or chemicals
• Normal wear and tear or product misuse
Claim Process
• Email support@smorsh.in within the warranty period with your order ID and clear product images/videos.
• Claims are reviewed within 3 working days and compensated via store credit or coupon code.
Jewelry Care Guidelines
• Store jewelry in an airtight pouch or soft box.
• Avoid exposure to perfumes, serums, lotions, shampoos, soaps, detergents, hard water, and sweat.
• Remove before bathing, swimming, or exercising.
• Wipe dry after each use and avoid scratching against hard surfaces.
Cancellation Policy
• Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by emailing support@smorsh.in.
• Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
• Refused or undelivered orders are refunded via store credit minus ₹99 logistics fee (within India).
• Store credit is issued within 3–5 working days of approval and valid for 60 days.
