What materials are used in Smorsh jewellery?

We use premium stainless steel with 18K gold or rose gold plating via PVD, ion, or electroplating, depending on the design. Our jewellery is hypoallergenic, skin-safe, anti-tarnish, and water-resistant. Select pieces also feature high-quality cubic zirconia stones.

Is your jewellery safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. All our pieces are nickel-free, lead-free, hypoallergenic, and skin-safe, suitable for even the most sensitive skin types.

Will the gold plating fade?

Our jewellery is anti-tarnish and vacuum-plated for durability. Still, regular exposure to perfumes, sweat, or chemicals may cause minor fading over time. Proper care helps preserve the finish.

Can I wear Smorsh jewellery every day?

Absolutely. Our jewellery is minimal, lightweight, water-resistant, and designed for everyday wear.

Will your jewellery turn green or black?

No. Our stainless steel base prevents any green or black discoloration when used and stored properly.

How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp or email for real-time delivery updates.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 1–4 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Is shipping free?

Yes, shipping is free across India on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

What if my order is delayed or stuck in transit?

If there’s a courier delay, we’ll follow up with the delivery partner and keep you informed. Please allow up to 5 working days for courier-related escalations.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, but only within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, the order moves to processing and can no longer be canceled.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major prepaid methods including UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit and credit cards, wallets, and net banking. Cash on Delivery is not available.

Do you offer any discounts or festive offers?

Yes. We run festive drops, limited-time offers, and seasonal discounts. Follow us on Instagram or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns for dislike, personal preference, or change of mind. Exchanges are only accepted in two cases: you received the wrong item or you have a ring size issue (you’ll need to courier the item back and store credit will be issued).

Do you offer refunds?

No. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances. For eligible exchange cases, we issue store credit.

What’s covered under your warranty?

All products come with a 3-month anti-tarnish warranty covering fading under normal use. A one-time replacement or store credit will be offered.

What is not covered under warranty?

Scratches or damage from rough use, broken chains or clasps, stone fallout due to impact, fading from perfumes, sweat, water, or chemicals, and improper storage or handling.

How do I claim a warranty?

Send a short video showing the issue along with your order ID via WhatsApp or email. Our team will review it and assist with next steps.

What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

To claim a replacement for a damaged or defective product, you must provide an unboxing video showing the issue clearly from the moment the parcel is opened, without any cuts or edits. No claims will be accepted without this video. If approved, we’ll offer a replacement (subject to availability) or store credit.

Do you offer gift wrapping and gift messages?

Yes. You can add premium gift wrapping for ₹49 at checkout. Include your message in the “Order Notes” section and we’ll handwrite and include it with your order.
