Coverage & Timelines

• We currently ship only within India (no international deliveries).

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Delivery timelines: Metro cities 2–4 days, non-metro cities 4–7 days.

Shipping Charges (Within India)

• Free shipping within India on all prepaid orders above ₹999

• Flat ₹99 shipping charge (within India) for orders below ₹999

Other Notes

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

• Tracking details are shared via email and WhatsApp after dispatch.

• Customers must provide accurate addresses; incorrect information may lead to delivery failure, and refunds (if applicable) are issued as store credit minus ₹99 logistics fee (within India).

• Smorsh is not liable for delays due to natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns, or courier issues (Force Majeure).

Store Credits & Coupons

• Store credits/coupons issued for any reason (warranty, return, cancellation) are valid for 60 days and non-refundable.

• Discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
